You will create a deep focus on your breathing, heartbeat, body, and consciousness. You will take the time to one by one concentrate on your body and relax every part that feels tense. - Breathing, Holding, and Exhaling in 10 Second Intervals
- Breath OUt 10 Seconds
- Hold For 10 Seconds
- Breath Out For 10 Seconds
- Repeat 5 Times
Body Scan Meditation
This type of meditation is focusing on sensations that you are feeling. It is still being aware of your consciousness and the breathing that you are doing. But, you need to also pay attention to how your body feels while doing this.
This allows you the ability to relax and calm any tense or anxious areas of your body. Just like the other forms, you need to remove all distractions from your focus during this time. Take the time to one by one go through your body and calm all parts, starting from top to bottom.
